Are you sure?
For example there (STM32F070):
http://www.st.com/web/en/resource/techn ... 141386.pdf
In all place we have USART4, not UART4.
But in:
http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/acti ... 191185.pdf
You have in all place UART4.
More over in stm32f070xb.h registry is named USART4, not UART4.

Re: [STM32F070] Have USART4 but not in ChibiOS?
OK, but now there you have uart4, it should be uSart4, so when you try use that, compiller can't find registry UART4.
I see you have conflict with another STM peripheral.
More over, STM32F070 have USB, so in stm32_registry.h in line 1521 should be
#define STM32_HAS_USB TRUE
#define STM32_USB ...

[STM32F070] Have USART4 but not in ChibiOS?
Hi,
I would like use USART4 interface in my project, but how I see, actual hal not support that?
In technical description (m) on page 10 we have that STM32F070CB and STM32F070RB have 4 USART.
So what in this situation, I shoud run USART4 via direct control registry or maybe exist some other hal ...

DMA macro doesn't exist in Chibios 3.0
Hi,
I try use new Chibios 3.0, but when I try run some peripheral, then I stuck in:
DMAv1/stm32_dma.c:69:40: error: 'STM32_DMA1_STREAM1_EVENT_NUMBER' undeclared here (not in a function)
It's look that ...

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
I tried to modify system usb-serial, but it's realy dificult.
So I solved the problem by modyfication application on PC, I check how many elements was reads, and if it's not enough, then I again read, some like that:
send_buffor[0] = cmd_GSM_nr;
usb_bulk_write( dev, EP_OUT, send_buffor, 1 ...

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
Comunnication look that:
http://obrazki.elektroda.pl/5801966600_1436043685_thumb.jpg
At blue is first cmd do device.
As you can see, it's somethink wrong with device.
For test I do something that:
uint8_t buff[64] = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9};
if(flags & CHN_INPUT ...

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
Oh, I wrong copy my code, it's look exacly that:
static WORKING_AREA(waUSB, 128);
static msg_t USB_thread(void *arg)
{
(void)arg;
chRegSetThreadName("USB");
EventListener el1;
flagsmask_t flags=0;
uint8_t cmd_res[2];
uint8_t clear_buff[64], buff[64];
sduObjectInit ...

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
Ok, I run debuging and compile project with options:
CH_DBG_SYSTEM_STATE_CHECK
CH_DBG_ENABLE_CHECKS
CH_DBG_ENABLE_ASSERTS
CH_DBG_THREADS_PROFILING
Sorry, but I don't understand what did you mean about use usbSTOP on transmission.
I set breakopint at first sdWrite, and i think I know why it's ...

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
Yea, I trying write and read without timeout, but still do the same.
In system exist only 2 threads, one with only chThdSleepMilliseconds(650) in while loop, and secound with this USB, so system most of the time do nothing.

Re: STM32F1 custom USB
Ok, i found what is wrong,
EndPoint 1 it's must 0x01 value, 0x81 it's needed only in configuration_descriptor.
Now I can read and write data
But I have another problem... I try send answer for incoming command:
while(TRUE){
chThdSleepMilliseconds(1);
if(SDU1.iqueue.q_counter ...
EndPoint 1 it's must 0x01 value, 0x81 it's needed only in configuration_descriptor.
