I'd like to conceit myself they are executed
Seriously, I have 2 valid imho arguments: ⋅ the same class may have both static and dynamic instances
⋅ it's not uncommon to use destructors to free resources in the spirit of RAII
Anyway, from ChibiOS/RT crt0.c I believe that ...

Re: C++ global object with destructor link error: __dso_hand
After a bit of surfing I see that it's related to dynamic libraries termination. (I don't plan to use embedded dynamic libraries for some time http://sourcery.mentor.com/public/cxx-abi/abi.html#dso-dtor
Now my question boils down to: is it enough to add this line to feel safe ...

Re: C++ global object with destructor link error: __dso_hand
yes, I'm using the arm-none-eabi compiler.
I agree on little sense of static destructor, but anyway...

C++ global object with destructor link error: __dso_handle
Hello!
I try to compile simple C++ program. Eventually I reduced it to:
class CD {
public:
~CD(){x=0;}
int x;
};
CD cd;
which gives me the error:
Compiling ../tmp/1.cpp
Linking build/ch.elf
build/obj/1.o: In function `__static_initialization_and_destruction_0':
.../chibios/../tmp/1.cpp ...

Re: stm32 bluetooth usb integration RFC
Apparently it was not so scary: huge delays were present in a single ISR branch (usb reset). So, I have managed to integrate my code with ChibiOS/RT as we discussed above, now it works (possibly not very stable yet, but anyway). Thank you for your support and great OS, it looks truly fantastic to me ...

Re: stm32 bluetooth usb integration RFC
Thank you very much for your prompt responce and good starting point link, Giovanni.
Now I've faced another issue: contrary to ST usb device lib, used in GNUK, current OTG/host usb lib version frivolously uses long (I've found 200ms at least) delays from inside ISR. I tried to emulate them using ...

stm32 bluetooth usb integration RFC
Hi!
I recently successfully coded usb bluetooth demo for stm32f4-discovery, based on ST usb lib and the btstack project.
Now I'd like it to be integrated with ChibiOS, but to my understanding, ST usb lib code size is considerable and it is not feasible to rewrite it from scratch, so I'm thinking ...
