I hate to bring up this topic from the dead, but is there any proper documentation how to use SPI driver?
I.e. how to choose SPID1 vs SPID2? What options to enable in which files and so on?

Re: Posix-GCC target gone in 3.0?

Bringing this topic back from the dead, is it ever planned to port it back to stable chibios?

readme.txt copy & paste

Reporting small oversight:

RT-STM32F411RE-NUCLEO/readme.txt same as RT-STM32F401RE-NUCLEO/readme.txt

the name of the board should be changed to correct name.

Re: Unit tests

I have experience from SOCIS . The process is pretty straightforward. You just fill out some forms and setup a wiki page with proposal and detailed description. Then you need to provide a mentor - you have a choice, it might be you or someone from community. My suggestion would be following: 1) Crea...

Re: Unit tests

Ok, are there no plans for more rigid testing? I don't mean for Giovanni to do it, but preferably have someone do it within GSoC or SOCIS, where some bright students could contribute this (I think) important thing and get paid at the same time. What I mean is having unit or complex tests for low-lev...

Unit tests

Hi, I wonder if question of unit tests ever arose during development. While going through the forum recently, there seems to be a lot of small bugs/typos in the code that make the code work 99% of the time but some corner cases are not always ok. I reckon that making unit tests is not the most inter...

Re: Introducing ChibiCube v2.0

Having recently watched the Sochi Olympics opening, I was left quite puzzled with the following thing: Every spectator was given a LED medal which was prepared for him at his seat. It looked like this: medal.jpg Before they were used by spectators, they were left in the front of the seats as follows...

Re: Development board

Giovanni, thank you for the anwser. I'm thinking about buying SPC56B-Discovery, however, I wonder if I'll have to use PLS software to use the onboard JTAG or if is possible to program (and debug) the mcu with OpenOCD or similar. Otherwise, the whole family looks very attractive, with the exception o...
