I tried to test RT-STM32L476RG-NUCLEO64 demo and to load it with blackmagic Probe but it failed.
Turns out that the issue is a FLASH memory align issue. As per ST's RM0351, writes should be 8-bytes aligned, but ChibiOS's linker aligns the different sections to 4 bytes. In the end, it ...

I did some testing with ChibiOS, LwIP and my Embest DMSTF4BB (or STM32F4-Dis-BB)
I found this demo http://forum.chibios.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1589&p=14728 on the forum, but apparently the board files never made it to the stable-2.6.x branch.
So here is my contribution ...
