EP0 state machine hard assertions
We are hitting one of _usb_ep0out "EP0 state machine" assertions which halts/reboots firmware which is not the best user experience. Steps to reproduce unknown. We have recently added code to log reports about reason for reboot on the SD card, and finally got one convincingly looking error...

I guess it depends on which MCU one cares most 
I guess those two patches should be merged so that not-H7 uses simplex and H7 stays as is

Note green and red icons. Some commits are green some commits are red. Sometimes red is false due to toolset limitations but at least there is an attempt to render state of each commit.
