Re: I2C implementation for STM32

Hi, There are no implementations yet and even the template is not complete, the slave I2C part is missing from the API, I was not sure about the best way to abstract it. You may also read the following threads in the old forum, there is an I2C implementation for STM32 that does not use the template:...

Re: LPC1343 w/ USB support

Sure,

Change this line:

Code: Select all

    ram : org = 0x10000000, len = 8k

This way:

Code: Select all

    ram : org = 0x10000150, len = 8k - 0x150

This will reserve the ram from 0x10000000 to 0x1000014F. After compiling the application you may examine the map file for confirmation.

Re: LPC1343 w/ USB support

Hi, I never did it but it should be possible, reading the UM, there are only several things to take care of: ⋅ Setup the USB PLL, if I remember well this is not done in the ChibiOS/RT HAL yet. You should not use the USB initialization function because it would change all the other clock se...

Re: STM32 Ethernet Demo

Not bad, probably I will buy one. There is also this new board from Olimex: http://www.olimex.com/dev/stm32-p107.html

Re: STM32 Ethernet Demo

Thanks Brian, good work.

A wrapper is fine, may be we can think to a native driver after improving the MAC driver model, I wish to implement a copy-less interface and that will require changes also in lwIP or a whole new networking stack.

Re: How to change PWM frequency or duty cycle.

Hi, That means that the PWM driver is working and generatig the callbacks but the output is not there for some reason, I can think of: - Output not set to alternate for some reason (you can inspect the AFIO/GPIO registers with the debugger). - Measuring the wrong pin. - Pin shortcut because external...

Re: 2.1.x development branch

Hello, ChibiOS/RT version 2.1.7 unstable has been released. This version includes support for RVCT compiler and improved support for the IAR compiler. This release is "feature complete" and has to be considered a release candidate for the upcoming 2.2.0 stable release. - FIX: Fixed error i...

Re: The USB topic

Hi Alberto, I also think the SOF interrupt should be supported, probably as some kind of callback, the driver is still a prototype so it may be missing some features. I am not sure that a periodic check is required however, in the "Serial over USB" driver the queue status is tested both wh...
