How about on the wiki page? add any ideas / functionality / API stuff you think would be useful. If all interested parties add their ideas to the spec then we can discuss them and come up with something that will work for everyone

You could add a brainstorming sub-page where we can write all ideas in no particular order and add comments, ideas could then be moved in the main page.

There is a freehand drawing and Wave Player currently implemented:
