Notepad Demo

So I heard that people like notepad demos on their touchscreens. I thought, let's build a very simple one for the official rename of ChibiOS-GLCD-Driver to ChibiOS/GFX.

After calibration, you can choose between 5 different colors (and white for erasing) and between 5 different pen thicknesses. Thickness 1 is pixel drawign.
The demo can be found in demos/notepad.

The code in the main() is quite "ugly", but I couldn't use things like gdispGetPixelColor() because not all display controllers do offer that.
