Hi everybody,
I am using chibistudio and OpenOCD for debugging purpose.
I have a small problem and I think that I am not the only one: sometimes, I do not find the variable I am looking for in the global variables list.
I am sure the variable I am searching is a global variable. I often I have this problem, the most of the times the variable appears after having closed and reopened Chibistudio, other times I create a similar variable with a similar name and it appears. Sometimes I am not able to make this variable appear in the list
Some of you sorted out this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Re: OpenOCD - Global Variable misses
Hi,
Try reindexing the project then you may try compiling with -O0 and see if it is an optimization problem.

Re: OpenOCD - Global Variable misses
Hi,
I have again the same problem and this time I am not able to sort it out. The global variable list of OCD debugger does not contain all the global variables.
I have tried to open- re-open, clear, copy the project in a new project, change optimization, I have changed the board (with one equal).... but nothing, the variable list is alway the same.
I have also tried to use a variable, that was in the list, in a new position, but as I launched again the debugger could no loger find it.
Any suggestion?
