This helps for sure, thanks.

Hi,

I am unable to reproduce the problem, current trunk is working regardless of CH_CFG_USE_DYNAMIC setting.

Could you enable assertions, state checker and stack overflow checks in chconf.h? a stack trace after the halt would help too.

Hi.
All assertions is ON, I wrote this before.
Sorry, I have not fully figured out the problem yet. I will check everything and give you all reports later.
I have SEGGER J-TRACE Cortex-M PRO and even this device can't help yet. It need much time to analyze.

Hi.
Hi. I found the HardFault problem - it is PCB problem: when I switch on some schematic by setting GPIO to approriate state there is some hardware noise and the MCU registers somehow are corrupting but MCU do not reset. That's why the problem was so hard to find and it doesn't show up in step-by-step mode.

About second problem - it is still here. The OS do not work properly with some settings. I used Nuclear G474 board and simply test project.
Please look at the settings file chconf.h (other files from Demo project folder), may be I set the incorrect combination of it. Also Can you try this on your demo board.
