Current SAM7X status?

Hi. What's the status of SAM7X support in the latest ChibiOS? Is 2.6.4 the latest stable release?
I have an old project based on a Make Controller, which has a bunch of API layered on top of ChibiOS. It's no longer supported, and I'm running into issues with the DBGU serial port (which I think are unrelated to ChibiOS), but I thought I'd try getting ChibiOS up-and-running on this controller without any of the MakingThings code involved.
