Add support of Mini and Nano boards

Hi all,

I made a port for Arduino Nano and Arduino Mini boards.

There are blink demos in the demo/AVR directory to easely make a test.

You can find it in the trunk.

Don't hesitate to try and feedback are welcome.

I had a quick check and they fix at least a problem I found, with the 328p vs 2560 where the 328p doesn't have EICRB.
