Renesas RX62N port

Postby lbednarz » Sat Jul 27, 2013 6:12 pm

Hello

Another port added. This one is for RPBRX62N board (RX600 family), which I received from Renesas last days. Port supports only serial driver at the moment. It seems working stable and passess all tests.
Sources are in rx_dev branch, enjoy.

Regards

Very good, I got one of those boards on my desk as well!
Guys, I really appreciate to see how you share your ports, this will clearly help to spread the RTOS further.

Giovanni, I should have checked there first! :P

Anyway, I have an RPBRX210‎ promotional board (RX21x) based. This code should make it easier to make a port for the RX210. My main issue with it is that I was not able to make the Segger J-Link interface work in Linux/Mac so I have to rely on Windows to work with it.

lbednarz,

Are you able to program your board (seems to use J-Link too) on anything other than Windows?
Btw, are you minux from go-nuts?

Best regards,
Fabio Utzig

I use J-Link on Windows only, so I can't help you, sorry.

I have RL78/G13 Promotional Board, but even haven't unpacked :). I wanted to make a port, but haven't had time yet. I think can do it in Jan or Feb.

It seems some kind of Z80 derivative, even if not binary compatible. A port should not be difficult.
