I've done the first Benchmarks of the 16FX Ports. The benchmark was tested using 16, 32 and 48 MHZ Core Clock.
Once the Optimization was turned off (O0 – files) and once the optimization was set to speed priority (OSpeed – files).
It seems that the compiler generates fast and correct code, which is not true for every MCU C-Compiler
