16FX Kernel Update to 2.6.9

Dear Forum,
Dear Giovanni,

I’m presenting a first Update of ChibiOS 2.6 Line for the Spansion 16FX Architecture.
The Kernel Demo is updated to Kernel 2.6.9
Changes made from Version 2.6.3 to 2.6.9 added to the kernel Code.
Because of the lack of a C99 Compiler for this architecture, there are no plan to update to kernel line 3.0 at the moment.
