Directive ".cpu cortex-m0 " in vectors.S
Is it correct that for all types of cpu ".cpu cortex-m0" is used in "ARMCMx/GCC/vectors.S" ?

Hi,
That file is common between all Cortex-M so it is set to the most restrictive subset, the M0. It does not contain much code, mostly tables so it makes no difference.
