STM32L4/L4+ I2C4 BDMA

Hi,

The STM32L4/L4+ are using I2Cv3 where the I2C4 is using BDMA. However there is no BDMA in these processors. Is there any switch or option to switch I2C4 using DMA instead?

I committed a change for this, I just test-compiled it.
