snor_device_verify_erase should not change BaseFlash::state  Topic is solved

hal_flash_device.c::snor_device_verify_erase() currently modifies the state of BaseFlash::state in the case of an error in verifying. However, this is not necessary, as the hal_serial_nor::snor_verify_erase() (which is the function in the BaseFlash VMT) already manages the state of BaseFlash::state appropriately.
