KEIL RVCT files for STM32F0xx, STM32F2xx and STM32F3xx

I have created the config files for the Keil MDK (derived from a diff comparison on the respective gcc versions)
The STM32F0xx and STM32F3xx iI used extensively during the i2c debugging and they worked fine
the STM32F2xx I could not test due to missing hardware.

Thank you very much for your contribution. I'm not using KEIL myself but I already know people which might be thankful for this ;-)
For future contributions, this might fit in the 'Contributions' forum.
