ChibiOS-2.6.6 compiler warning

When porting my project to 2.6.6 I noticed the following

..//os/hal/platforms/STM32/TIMv1/pwm_lld.c:402:12: warning: unused variable ‘dier’ [-Wunused-variable]


It seems the logic that manipulates the variable 'dier' is within a #if STM32_PWM_USE_TIM1 block, and if not enabled, the dier variable is unecessary.

Hi,

I removed the variable, it was no more required after a recent change.
