SDCConfig struct member bus_width

Now the element "bus_width" has been added to the SDCConfig structure, is it no longer possible to pass NULL to sdcStart() as then the function sdcConnect() will fail when you come to test in xxx_set_bus_width() for SDC_MODE_xBIT??

Or have I missed something?

In that case shouldn't there be a :-

osalDbgCheck(config != NULL) in sdcStart() ?

I made a change, now sddStart() accepts a NULL configuration again and uses an internal configuration in that case.
