__CORTEX_SC not defined

I've just updated to the current 3.x repository code and tried to compile my 32F051 project - it fails with

chibios3/os/ext/CMSIS/include/core_cmInstr.h:580:36: warning: "__CORTEX_SC" is not defined [-Wundef]

I've also cloned and copied the RT-32F051-DISCOVERY demo, and that fails with a similar error (plus a load more related to the test module).

I can't find that "__CORTEX_SC" is defined anywhere in Chib.

I updated to CMSIS 4.0, there must be something wrong there.

Fixed, yet another error in the great ARM code.
