Hello guys
I am new to ChibiOS, just got it working on a STM32F103RD. Now I need to make it run on Nucleo L053R8, the processor we want to use for our project ( low power consumption requirements ).
Sadly I just found out that the folder with L0 support is empty in ChibiStudio and I am in big need of getting something running within reasonable time.
Does anyone have a template working on L051/L053 STM32 processor? Any ideas on workarounds to make ChibiOS run on L053?
Best regards
Aslund

Hi,
The L0 support is work in progress, only the header files are present. You could already use the RTOS but not the HAL. Support will be introduced after the 3.0 release (next week probably). Same for the new F7.
You could start developing on another STM32, F0 for example, the code is VERY portable across platforms.

Hey Giovanni
Sounds great. Looking forward to next week
Since I have an evaluation board in my possession. Can I help in anyway? Test something or make a board file?

Hi,
Thanks, there is not much that you can do until I create an initial basic support (clock init, pal, serial). After that I could use help testing all the various drivers.
Board files are generated, I need to update the generator tool first.

Hi,
Checkout the latest code, there is already support to be tested.

Hi,
It is the version on the repository: 3.1.0.
https://sourceforge.net/p/chibios/svn/HEAD/tree/trunk/
By definition it is "work in progress".
