openocd and ChibiStudio 13

Post by lemmy »

Good day,

I downloaded ChibiStudio 13 mainly to get the patched openocd to use with the STM32F7 DISCO. The demos compile and all is well until I launch openocd, then I get:-

Code: Select all

Open On-Chip Debugger 0.9.0-dev-00415-g2d4ae3f-dirty (2015-06-12-17:54)
Licensed under GNU GPL v2
For bug reports, read
   http://openocd.org/doc/doxygen/bugs.html
embedded:startup.tcl:60: Error: Can't find interface/stlink-v2.cfg
in procedure 'script'
at file "embedded:startup.tcl", line 60

I've checked paths, re-installed..... Any suggestions please?

I will look into this in the evening. Verify the OpenOCD launch configurations, there should be something like: -s "C:\ChibiStudio\tools\OpenOCD\scripts" in the command line.

If you install on a different path then you need to change that.

Thank you Giovanni.

I changed

Code: Select all

-c "telnet_port 4444" -f "interface/stlink-v2.cfg" -f "${file_prompt}"

to

Code: Select all

-s "C:\ChibiStudio\tools\OpenOCD\scripts" -c "telnet_port 4444" -f "interface/stlink-v2.cfg" -f "${file_prompt}"

And its working. Thank you again for the fast reply :)
