STM32F030 porting

Post by dflogeras »

Hi,

As others have reported, I have configured my project by starting with the demos/STM32/RT-STM32F030R8-NUCLEO demo. I copied the board.c/h/mk files, and changed STM32F030x8 to STM32F030x6 as others have reported. (The ST headers do not yet include 030x4 but the 030x6 is closer than the 030x8).

One thing I had to also do, but am not sure of, is add the following to my mcuconf.h

Code: Select all

#define STM32F030

In addition to the following:

Code: Select all

#define STM32F0xx_MCUCONF

Otherwise, it will fail to compile in os/hal/ports/STM32/STM32F0xx/ext_lld_isr.c

Is this the correct way to handle this? I would have assumed that by defining STM32F0xx_MCUCONF this would suffice?

That is probably an error, I will look into it.

Keep that define as workaround in the meanwhile.
