Can use a usb and CAN not at the same time on STM32F103RCT6

Post by dotaviper »

Hi Giovanni,
I'm working with ChibiOS 2.6.7 on STM32F103RCT6, can i use CAN and USB in one project(not at the same time)?
when i do this , i find these errors:
2.6.7/hal/platforms/STM32/USBv1/usb_lld.c:280: multiple definition of `Vector8C'
2.6.7/hal/platforms/STM32/USBv1/usb_lld.c:291: multiple definition of `Vector90'
what can i do next?
Thanks!

Hi,

On the F1 USB and CAN share memory and IRQ, I am not sure if it is possible to do something to do about that. You may try to edit drivers and write a shared ISR in your code but there could be other problems.

No, it's not possible on an F1. You can do it on an F3.
