little bug report.

Post by rew »

I'm doing a little '411 project on my nucleo. For a test I compiled the blinky
demos/STM32/RT-STM32F411RE-NUCLEO
and when compiling it gave me a bunch of warnings:

Code: Select all

../../../os/hal/ports/STM32/STM32F4xx/stm32_rcc.h:1565:5: warning: "STM32_FSMC_IS_FMC" is not defined [-Wundef]
 #if STM32_FSMC_IS_FMC

Hi,

The 411 does not have FSMC, I am not sure if there is something to fix here.

I don't care if it has FSMC or not, but "out of the box" most chibios demos compile "clean", i.e. without any warnings. But this one has a whole lot of warnings because of that symbol that some headers reference, but is never defined.

(maybe see: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3176 , and add "#define STM32_HAS_FSMC FALSE" in the appropriate spot?)
