Some time ago I've stumbled across an article in Russian describing how stm32f4 could be pretending to be a fat32 thumb drive - I think that would be a great way to transfer data from my embedded device into the PC over USB. At the moment I am writing data on an SD card and one has to physically move the card to read in on the PC, that's no so user friendly.

unfortunately the code comes only with a Keil project, so far I am unable to even port to gcc+make, and porting this to Chibios is above my level.
Would anyone be interested to port this into ChibiOS, or maybe somebody did something similar in the Chibi universe already?

Re: virtual Mass Storage FAT32
Hi,
There is a mass storage project somewhere in the forum, do a search. It was implemented on 2.6.x however, it may need some changes.
