ChibiOS 2.4.3 - old STM32L1 Header

Hello,

why since 2.4.2 version inside is old one stm32l1xx.h header (1.0v) ? It has some missing definitions. It is intentional or just small mistake ?

RTC_TypeDef have some pools reserved which in 1.1.0 are normal (SHIFTR for example). Then I cant compile project which use ST Libs.
