Please enable asserions, checks and state checker in chconf.h

The problem with tickless mode has been resolved, so it should be something else.

I assumed it's about tickles/tick mode because if I change to tick mode ( #define CH_CFG_ST_TIMEDELTA 0) it ran fine at least for the hour and a few minutes I tested it.

Will continue on the other thread about this as soon as I have more info.
