Probably the check on RTC_CLK should go in rtc_lld.h instead of hal_lld.h because if the RTC is not enabled there is not such constraint.

Using headers from standard lib may be not ideal decision, but bad standard is better than nothing.

value from overall default 38400 Bd to 9600 Bd in testhal\STM32F4xx\RTC\halconf.h

What the next steps related to RTC driver? If nothing than I will continue SDC driver.

I just will do some minor reformatting using Eclipse rules, you may proceed with SDC, I think that one will be more complex. I saw some interesting threads regarding SD+DMA in the ST forum, probably you should read those too.
