It is possible that the Cortex-M is simply not supported in that use case, I don't know the answer. You should be asking in the GCC mailing list probably, this is not related to the OS but to the compiler/linker.

yes that sounds interesting. i will try it out.
however i still want to go about with what i started. wich is real dynamic lloading
. at rhe moment it seems that there is some issues with binutils.
ive posted a bug report in their mailing list. spo it seems that you was right about linker doing it wrong
