You can send patch for AVR here I will take care of it. That is the way we actualy do.
I don't have access to the community repo and don't know who is in charge of it.

Hi Theo. Moving to GitHub has a lot of benefits. GitHub has a lot more traffic and is familiar to a lot more people than this forum, so the likelihood of contributions there is much higher. Reviewing PRs and requesting changes to them is a really streamlined process, and all discussions remain easily discoverable. Just look at the Kinetis code as an example. I really encourage you and the other maintainers to look into moving the AVR code as well. You are a member of the ChibiOS GitHub organization, so you should have full access to the community repo.
