It should be done by whomever is running the repo

Or the ones running the repo can give me master access and I will set it up.

Now two full cron jobs has run on the repo as well, and it pulls in new changes successfully.
So it seems to be functioning as desired.
I will keep it going in my repo as well until the maintainers of the "semi official" git for Chibi comes and implements it.

FYI I've setup an automated GiHub mirror that's handled by a tool named svn2github.
It's updated daily.
You can find the develop branch mirrored here:
https://github.com/svn2github/ChibiOSAnd the stable branch (17-6-x) here:
https://github.com/svn2github/ChibiOS-17-6-xFork at will!

I think it is another opportunity to consider using git and github.
Sourceforge has been down for days in their datacenter movement. So sad.

Yes, it has stopped again in august, and since at least a month, it is not tracking anymore.
Now that github has his own mirror interface for svn, which seems to be as simple as putting the svn url in this github form :
https://github.com/new/import, perhaps that third party svn2github has ceased to work.
I can mirror chibios from my github account, but it's perhaps better if an "official chibios github account" use this mirror facility.

It currently is tracking, but it is not translating the svn branch "trunk" to the git branch "master" as one might expect.
So just use the branch "trunk" on github to get the most recent code from svn trunk.

Hello,
It currently is tracking, but it is not translating the svn branch "trunk" to the git branch "master" as one might expect.
Yes, that's true, but stable 18.2 branch is not tracking either.
So, i feel it's my duty to add some entropy to the git mirror mess by proposing another "working now but probably broken soon" git mirror

:
read only git mirror of the svn repositoryIt uses the git svn capability of recent git 2.19 , and mirror script is run each hour on a linux box that i rent at a provider.
The machine is always on, but if it take fire, or the hard disk break, the service will stop.

Stabil 18.2.x is also up to date. Your mirror is two commits behind.
