Em::Blocks project template

Very strange. I thought it would be just some settings for EM::Blocks. It is a convenient IDE for GCC that works with ChibiOS 2.6 without any problem.

Everybody thought so, I guess. These kinds of things are usually the more advanced options and features that are naturally less heavily tested.

Em::Blocks is still a great IDE and you can obviously use it. It's just that I won't create and tutorials, walk-throughs, guide and example projects until this problem is sorted out.
