I2C on 32F051 - V3

Just started using I2C on 32F051 with version 3, and found a couple of things:
1. STM32\LLD\I2CV2\i2c_lld.c still uses CORTEX_PRIORITY_MASK() in lines 427, 461 - needs to be removed
2. In mcuconf.c in the RT-32F051 Discovery demo, STM32_I2C_I2C1_IRQ_PRIORITY and STM32_I2C_I2C2_IRQ_PRIORITY are defined as 10, which is out of range for the 32F051 (although it seemed to work with 2.6!). A value of 3 appears to work.
