Error Standard Output

There is a standard output in chibios?
for example:
if there is a crash, the operating system saves the log information about it?

The public variable dbg_panic_msg points to the error message for post mortem inspection.

ok but if I use for example the drivers for the usb or ADC , if during the use of this driver there is some malfunction ( some operation in the driver fails ) there is some error logs?

In case of a programming error the system is halted, there is no logging nor it is needed.
