ChibiOS Free Embedded RTOS

Hello,

The idea is to introduce a new web site together with the 3.0.0 release. One of the proposals is this one:

Still work in progress of course, there is no content and everything is up to discussion. It is still done using dokuwiki like the old page but with customizations. The current homepage would become the "technical wiki" and be accessible to registered users.

Looks good. But where is green lizard logo?
Also agreed with "technical wiki" decision.

There is a lizard just more stylized.

The current one will remain as logo of the Open Source project, the new one is "generic", it is not final anyway.

In this day and age website layout must be "responsive" (ie works for tablets and phones too), Twitter Bootstrap is one popular framework to achieve that (when used correctly).

The big green bar with the logo is wasting a bit of screen space but I'm no art director...

I was thinking about a pure css image slider on top to use that space.

Do you have experienced some issues with tablet or phones?

I added a couple of semi-realistic pages in order to make it look closer to the final thing.

I am in doubt about colors, that green looks too much like slashdot: http://slashdot.org/

What about more blueish colors?

Another point, external links should open another tab by default.

Fixed, take a look.

If some one has some ideas about color please post it as hexadecimal.

I still don't like tables, please thinner borders and a darker color.
