Hi,
just wanted to share two linkerscripts with you. They are for the STM32F030x4 and STM32F030x6 family. Datasheet: http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/DM00088500.pdf. Except for the RAM/flash size they are identical to the 030x8 LD script.
Best regards,
Uli

Re: STM32F030F[46] linkerscripts
There is another fix I'd like to suggest.
When working with the STM32F030F4 (I'm just declaring it as 030x6), it hardfaults when trying to initgpio(GPIOD).
As it is obvious from the datasheet http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/DM00088500.pdf, GPIOD is only available on the LQFP64 package. This package, however is ONLY available in the x8 and xC series and neither the x4 nor the x6 series.
I therefore suggest to change line 1077 of the current SVN revision of os/hal/ports/STM32/STM32F0xx/stm32_registry.h, namely
to
In the future I might work on *actual* support for the 030x4. However, declaring it as x6 has worked very well for me for both ChibiOS 2.x and 3.x
Best regards, Uli
