ChibiOS Debug View: Thread View Error

If I want to read the thread usage in Eclipse chibiOS Debug view I get an Error: error reading memory at 536906904. I can't find an answer.
It is possible that the "registry" is corrupted so the debugger is unable to enumerate the threads. It could be a stack overflow or some other memory-corrupting issue.
