ChibiOS Free Embedded RTOS

Hi all,

Since the announcement of stm32f072 with the CAN module, it seems that CANopen community must grab this MCU for all possible projects. But, alas, I can't find any example both for CANopennode or CANfestival open source stacks. Can anybody share some example with CANopen stack + Chibios? Or just point some example...

Well, eventually it works with CANopennode. It was not easy, because the stack was written for PIC MCUs.

Sorry I could not help, I have no direct experience with that.

It should work easy becasue there is already a port for the STM32F1xx controllers.

The CANopennode stack is written in C. There are only two hw-specific files (CO_driver.h and CO_driver.c)

I sougest to run the CANopennode in a task

All examples are included in the ChibiOS distribution under /testhal/STM32/STM32F3xx. The examples are also included in ChibiStudio.

Hello Giovanni. I've installed ChibiStudio but I don't know how to insert the Projects related to HAL libraries you've indicated... Can you specify a link to download them (for STM32F3 possibile)? Thank you very much.

All examples are already included in ChibiStudio and you can see them all in the project explorer.
