USB on STM32F446 issues

Hello.

After a few days of fight with the F446 and USB stack, we found the following:

F446 has a different USB hardware then other F4 micros. F446 has a OTG core identical with F7 series. :shock: After few changes in "defines" in the F7 manner now we have a success to enumarate the device. This is our progress for the moment. :)

So just to know - If you are using F446 - the USB must be threated like in F7!

Code: Select all

/*===========================================================================*/
/* STM32F446xx.                                                              */
/*===========================================================================*/
#if defined(STM32F446xx)
....

/* USB attributes.*/
#define STM32_OTG_STEPPING                  2
#define STM32_HAS_OTG1                      TRUE
#define STM32_HAS_OTG2                      TRUE

Indeed we introduced STM32_OTG_STEPPING to handle this differences. Can you confirm you are not using trunk?

Edit: take a look here.

Sure, we are using official 16.1.5.

I will check the trunk, thanks.
