CH_DBG_TRACE_MASK inverted logic?

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but it sure is confusing.
It seems that CH_DBG_TRACE_MASK is a mask of events to *DISABLE*, as the buffer.suspend variable gets initialized to this. If this is the intended logic, perhaps the comments/documentation can describe this more clearly.
