Multicast Support for STM32

Hi everyone,
for my master’s thesis, I added multicast support to LwIP & ChibiOS.
Sending multicast packets currently works fine, but receiving does not. The problem is that the MAC discards any multicast packets it is receiving. My patch adds support for the multicast hash table in the STM32 MAC hardware. This allows multicast to be handled efficiently, as opposed to just passing all multicast frames to software.
Patch is against Rev 11426 of ChibiOS trunk.

Could this be included in ChibiOS? I am happy to make changes if required.
