ChibiOS Free Embedded RTOS

Hello! I have an Arduino IDE and want to use it as a platform to implement Real-Time programming applications, how do I intergrate ChibiOS with Arduino IDE to create an environment for Real-Time programming? I intend to use Arduino Uno or Arduino Mega since I already have the boards. I would realy appreciate your help since I am new to Real-Time.
