ChibiOS Free Embedded RTOS

I was wondering if there are plans to add the STM32L475 registry information in

/os/hal/ports/STM32/STM32L4xx/stm32_registry.h

I've been making progress by configuring things for the STM32L476 which is largely similar (they share the same reference manual). So far as I can tell, the 476 has and LCD peripheral and the 475 doesn't. I don't know if there are other differences.

Added support into registry and configuration files, not tested on HW but it is handler just like an L476.
