I am looking to hire.
If you are in the Toronto Canada area, this will be full time embedded software hardware engineer position.
If you are else where this will be a contractor position. As a contractor you are not paid by hour, you are paid for approved tasks you have completed. As a contractor you break the work into major tasks, typically lasting a couple weeks. You will be paid for the planning process required to describe and document the major task. As work progresses on the major tasks you will divide the major work into small chunks of no more than a day or 2's work.
I may hire more than one person.
