[TODO] tx_end_callback generated after uartStart

Post by alexblack »

Hi, I used STM32F103 MCU and uart driver.
I found that immediately after executing uartStart it is generated a physical tx end callback (TC interrupt). It seems this is a problem of the mcu, not the driver, as the TC flag is setted when transmitter enabled (with setting of the flag TE). I solved the problem in my program, but could not make the interrupt is not called on the start of the driver. Logically this should occur only after the data transmission. Perhaps it is necessary to check the state of the driver in interrupt and not executing appropriate callback if there was no transmission.

Hi,

Strange, I will give this a try, a workaround should not be difficult to implement.
