You don't give much info about the problem...

Anyway M0 on IAR is not officially supported because the free compiler is limited to 8KB, not enough for the test suite.

I see in your project also the files for v7m, are those disabled?

The best way ahead would be if you could provide a project compilable in 8KB, I could at least test that (you can cut unused subsystems in chconf.h and halconf.h).

I think the problem is in that you are using standard linker script. It is not compatible with ChibiOS because there is no definition for IRQ stack!
Use appropriate file from ChibiOS IAR demo.
