Post by Tabulous »

Should i be needing to put an external pull-up on D+ line to get USB working ? or should the pull happen internally ?

On the F4 there is an internal resistor, see the existing demos.

Does VBUS need to be connected for Internal pull to work ?

As on my design i did not connect VBUS to PA9. All the USB works ok but i had to put an external 1K5 pullup on D+ for it to work

Not sure about the connection details, you could look at the F4 Discovery schematic for a reference.
